IAF COMMITTEES
The IAF Technical Committees are powerful sources of knowledge. They are composed of space experts and visionaries which discuss and anticipate the evolution of space activities. They are in charge of selecting the papers at the Spring Meeting and by doing so they contribute to set up the technical programme of the Congress.
The IAF Administrative Committees provide specialised advice and recommendations to the IAF, supporting the Federation's work. They play a very important role in the Federation's internal affairs, including the provision of specialised advice, recommendations and related support to the IAF Bureau and General Assembly.
The International Programme Committee (IPC) implements the technical sessions at the annual International Astronautical Congress (IAC).
The IPC Steering Committee assists the IPC co-chairs in resolving issues and helping to execute the IAC technical programme development and make it more effective and helpful to our community.
