Bryan is an Assistant Director with the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry in its International Trade Cluster. He has experience with the UNIDROIT Space Asset Protocol and the PCA Outer Space Rules and his research interest is the impact regulation can have on the commercial space industry.
