Rwanda Space AgencyInternational Cooperation Analyst

Henriette is a resourceful and self-motivated international development professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, event management, and program coordination. She currently serves as an International Cooperation Analyst at the Rwanda Space Agency (RSA), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering international collaborations and promoting the use of space technology. She has successfully led initiatives such as Rwanda Space Week, which raises awareness about space science and technology or socioeconomic development.

Before joining RSA in 2022, Henriette held roles at the Smart Africa Secretariat as an Event Coordinator andat Rwanda Events Group as a Project Manager. She has successfully coordinated various large-scaleconferences and summits, experiences that have honed her expertise in events management, stakeholderengagement, and strategic planning. With her strong background in event planning, strategic engagement,and policy analysis, Henriette has been instrumental in expanding Rwanda's engagement with global spaceactors.

She holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the United StatesInternational University. As Co-Chair of the Global Conference on Climate Change, Henriette is committedto driving dialogue on the intersection of space technology and climate resilience, ensuring that theconference fosters actionable solutions for a sustainable future.
