"Space is hard" and mastering access to space requires two essential features: Thrust & Trust. "Thrust" is about mastering the technologies (propulsion, software, mechanical design...) when "Trust" is about having teams mastering these technologies. ArianeGroup is convinced that in a fast-evolving space ecosystem, it will be more and more essential to have innovative and creative teams and this requires ensuring that they are as diverse as possible. Florence GALLOIS - Chief Human Ressources Officer at ArianeGroup - will introduce all the initiatives run by ArianeGroup to encourage diversity.
