IAC 2011: NASA's Orion Crew Vehicle and Space Launch System

In September, NASA announced the new Space Launch System (SLS) that will launch astronauts on deep space missions. The Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle capsule that will fly on the SLS was announced in May, 2011. This presentation described the mission requirements and design features of Orion and SLS.
