Installation of Inaugural Neil A. Armstrong Chair of Aerospace Policy

Official installation of John M. Horack as Armstrong Chair. Horack holds a joint appointment with the College of Engineering and John Glenn College of Public Affairs as the inaugural Neil Armstrong Chair in Aerospace Policy. He also is a tenured professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
