SPACETIDE Foundation

SPACETIDE is a Tokyo-based non-profit organization founded in 2016 with a mission to create and orchestrate an ecosystem for the APAC space industry. They are driving a large and diverse community through connecting governments, large corporations, academia, startups, professionals, terrestrial industries (or new-to-space industries), and end users.

Together with these stakeholders, they perform various cross-industry activities including hosting APAC's leading commercial space conference in Tokyo every Summer, providing an acceleration program to support ambitious startups (AXELA, S-Booster), publishing a bi-annual industry report on APAC startups (COMPASS) and organizing international workshops to promote commercial space activities in the APAC region (among others, in the framework of the APRSAF, co-organizing the Space Industry Workshop with JAXA since 2019).
